In Work Package 2, INNOVETLATAM partners will develop an innovative model of structured collaboration, cooperation, and co-creation between VET operators in Latin America—specifically Guatemala and Venezuela—and the EU. This model is designed to foster mutual learning, trust-building, and genuine two-way partnerships, where capacity building flows from the EU to Latin America, while insights and awareness of local dynamics flow from Latin America to the EU.
The model emphasizes co-creation and shared ownership of solutions, integrating direct experiences from Latin American realities into the collaboration process. It aims to become a replicable framework beyond the scope of the project, providing a structured approach to collaboration between VET providers and business actors. The ultimate goal is to create sustainable networks that align vocational training with the evolving skill needs of emerging economic sectors—locally and globally.
